All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
All purchased items must be delivered to the billing address only or you can collect in-store.
We currently only accept orders for delivery within the UK. However, if your delivery address is outside the UK, please contact us at email@example.com or by telephone on 01375 768 281 to discuss your requirements. Delivery to addresses outside the UK may incur additional delivery costs.
Most UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
UK (Mainland) - Standard Delivery Charge - £3.50 (Three pounds fifty pence - British Sterling)
FREE Delivery for Orders over £40.00 (Forty pounds -British Sterling)
If we agree to deliver outside the UK (Mainland), the carrier will be advised on dispatch of your order. All deliveries must be signed for on receipt. We cannot accept instructions to leave packages without signatures. You may receive your goods in several packages, which arrive on different days. For items ordered for collection at store, there is no delivery charge. It will be held at the store for seven working days for your collection. After this time, items ordered will cease to be reserved for you and will return to general store stock.
Next Day Delivery
Next day delivery is not currently available for online orders. This is subject to change.
Most UK orders should be delivered within one week. However, we ask customers to allow up to three weeks for delivery in the event that any items are temporarily out of stock. If we are unable to deliver within this period we will contact you straight away. Items that require specific embroidery or customer requested alterations provided by our alteration service, may take longer. You will be contacted via email or telephone to advise. You may receive separate packages, which arrive on different days. We will often send goods that are in stock straight away and send the outstanding goods as soon as we receive them from our suppliers.
We will send you an email when your goods are despatched.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange for the item(s) to be collected and the correct one(s) to be dispatched to you.

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will refund by original method of payment (less any incurred fees). This does not apply to products specially ordered, embroidered or altered by our alterations service, unless there is a fault with the embroidery or the alteration undertaken.
If a delivery is returned to us, due to the customer providing incorrect delivery details, are absent or if customer negligence is found we will attempt to contact the customer by telephone or by email. If the order is to be re-delivered we will recharge the full postage cost to the customer.
Returns by Post
Goods purchased can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Prior to returning the item you must contact us to obtain a returns number this can be done by either telephone or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will require the following details: - Order number, Item being returned, Reason for the return, Exchange or if a refund is required.
Please return the item/items within seven working days with the returns number being advised otherwise we will cancel the return.
Once you have received the returns number together with a returns form which we will supply via email, please complete the form and return your item to us, the item must be in its original packaging and unused. Please return any goods by recorded or registered post, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. /Always include your name and address and the returns number in the parcel, as this will help us identify where it originates from.
Note: Unfortunately returns via post cannot be accepted without a valid returns number.
Refund of Delivery Charge
If in the event that we have made a mistake on an item that we have sent to you or it is damaged, or of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charge/s you have paid to receive the item. If you have had other items delivered on the same delivery and keep these then the delivery charge will not be refunded.
